Rob le Sueur
Rob, a seasoned entrepreneur, founded and led the digital security firm Intervid Ltd to its listing on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange in 1998. As CEO from 2001, he expanded the company internationally, including in the USA, UK, Australia, and the Middle East. In 2003, Rob shifted his focus to acquiring equity stakes in promising businesses, aiming to enhance operational performance and deliver unique value. He assembled the formidable team at Venture Partners, leveraging collective expertise in sales, operations, finance, and vast networks to drive value creation through strategic equity investments.
Keith Pitout
Keith Pitout, a Chartered Accountant since 1988 with a decade of experience at Ernst & Young, joined Intervid Ltd in 2001, quickly becoming Financial Director. Co-founding Venture Partners in 2003, Keith excels in structuring Management Buy-Outs, co-sourcing agreements, and empowerment deals, demonstrating his expertise in finance and strategic investments.
Chris le Sueur
Chris, holding degrees in both Commerce (BCom) and Law (LLB), skillfully integrates his dual expertise in managing the commercial aspects of Venture Partners’ investments. His unique combination of legal and business acumen proves invaluable in enhancing operational efficiency and strategy within the company, making him a key asset in guiding VP’s investments to success.
